Hatha yoga is a path toward creating balance and uniting opposites. In our physical bodies we develop a balance of strength and flexibility. We also learn to balance our effort and surrender in each pose. Hatha yoga is a powerful tool for self-transformation. It asks us to bring our attention to our breath, which helps us to still the fluctuations of the mind and be more present in the unfolding of each moment.

Hatha Yoga in its completeness is an embodiment of self-love, honor and truth through movement and release. If you are looking to try yoga, our walk-in classes are a perfect way to start! Weekly we hold several Hatha walk-in classes ranging from Beginner to Level II. No matter where you are at in your practice, we've got a walk-in class sure to fit your needs.

Hatha Classes
Our most popular walk-in classes!

Available at a variety of times including afternoons, evenings, and some weekends. Check our schedule to see which class fits in your schedule!

Most open classes are taught in Hatha Yoga style. Hatha yoga is a gentle but effective form of yoga that allows us to stretch and strengthen by entering a pose and then holding it while we breathe. All Walk In classes are beginner friendly. Classes are taught with pose modifications for Beginner, Level I and Level II.

Restorative Yoga


We focus on a handful of restorative postures that allow major joints to fully release, easing tension and pain. Each pose is fully supported with a variety of props to create a completely relaxing posture. Each pose will be taught in a manner in which you can take the technique home and practice for ultimate relief of aches and pains, tension and stress and create an air of full relaxation…without the expensive plane ticket.  Beginner Friendly!

Hatha Yoga with Drum Meditation

A great mix of yoga and meditation!

Come move your body through a beginner-friendly Hatha Yoga class that ends with the teacher drumming during an extended shavasana.

A powerful double-dose of rejuvenation as you benefit both from moving your body through the yoga poses as well as receive healing from the drum's vibrations. Definitely an experience to provide yourself…again and again!

All skill and experience levels are welcome!

Men's Yoga

A beginner-friendly yoga class for men. Regardless of your experience level, flexibility, or physical limitations, Men’s Yoga is key to your improved health and well-being. Every pose can be tailored to fit the stiffest hamstring, tightest neck, or sorest back, and – with regular attendance – your physical abilities will improve, along with the mental benefit of improved confidence.

Hatha through the Chakras

Join us for a twist on our basic Hatha class as we create a 7-week cycle focusing on the Chakras. Class is a walk-in so come to them all or select a specific area to work on!

Starting with the Root Chakra and ending with the Crown Chakra, each week the class will incorporate poses and sequences to open and align a specific chakra—or energy center—of the subtle body to enhance your yoga practice.

Coordinating with the postures, mantra, music, mudras, sound and scents/aromatherapy may also be incorporated into the class to energize and balance that week's particular Chakra.

Class is beginner friendly and all levels of experience are welcome!

Hot Yoga

We’re turning up the heat for a funky practice to a hot and soulful playlist! Bring a towel, hair-tie and a water bottle! Juicy. That’s the goal of Hot Yoga at Replenish! We will warm the room, move our bodies and find the fun as we practice to some soulful (juicy) playlists and get sweaty (juicy!) together! We may not get the room to 105 degrees exactly - but it will be hot and we will definitely be sweating!

Vinyasa Flow

Get the body moving with the breath!

Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow. Come and enjoy this energizing paced practice that allows you to put life on hold while you move, breath and get the heart pumping!

This is a Level 1 or 2 class, some experience required.
